1. Purchase Options

a. Cash on Delivery (COD)

c. Discounts & Promo Codes

Discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

2. Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be simple and fair:
a. Cancelling Before Shipping

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been shipped.

b. Cancelling After the Order Has Shipped

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

However, you can still request a return or exchange after receiving the item (according to our Return Policy).
c. Failure to Receive or Refusal Upon Delivery
If a customer refuses to receive the order without a valid reason or is unavailable for multiple delivery attempts:

A shipping fee may be charged before future orders can be placed.

Repeated refusal may lead to limiting Cash on Delivery for future purchases.
d. Items Out of Stock

In rare cases, if an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you and:

3. Modifying an Order

Minor changes (size, colour, address) can be made before shipping.

After shipping, modifications are not possible.
