Exchange and Return Conditions
- Duration: You can return or exchange products within 7 days from the day of delivery.
- Product Condition: The products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging.
- Eligible Products: Any product can be returned or exchanged, except for items specified as “final sale” (such as limited editions).
- How to Exchange or Return
- Contact us: Send an email to [aanywear@gmail.com] or reach us via WhatsApp at the following number (01555057829),
- You are responsible for the shipping cost unless the product is defective or sent by our mistake (such as sending the wrong product).
- Defective or Wrong Products: If the product is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with pictures of the Condition, and we will arrange for a shipping representative to facilitate the exchange.
- Refunds
- Duration: We examine the returned product within 5-7 business days and notify you with approval.
- Refund Method: The amount will be refunded by transferring it to your account or through an electronic wallet.
- Exchange: If you want a different size or color, contact us within 7 days for an exchange (subject to availability). You will be responsible for the cost of the new shipping, and we will send you the new product accordingly.

عايزينك تعيش تجربة لبس فريدة ومريحة من أول ما تلبس التيشيرت أو البنطلون. ولو الحاجة طلعت مش على مزاجك؟ ولا تشيل هم! إحنا مسهّلينها عالآخر وسياستنا في الاستبدال والاسترجاع بسيطة وسريعة – علشان دايمًا تبقى مبسوط!
1. شروط الاستبدال والإسترجاع
المدة: يمكنك إسترجاع أو استبدال المنتجات خلال 7 ايام من يوم التسليم.
حالة المنتج: يجب أن تكون المنتجات غير مستخدمة، غير مغسولة، وفي حالتها الأصلية مع العلامات والتغليف.
المنتجات المؤهلة: يمكن إرجاع أو استبدال اي منتج ، باستثناء ( المنتجات المحددة كـ”نهائية البيع” (مثل الإصدارات المحدودة).
2. كيفية الاستبدال أو الإسترجاع
– تواصل معنا: أرسل بريدًا إلكترونيًا إلى [aanywear@gmail.com]او عن طريق الواتساب من خلال الرقم التالي (01555057829) مع ارفاق رقم الطلب وسبب الإسترجاع أو الاستبدال.
– أنت تتحمل تكلفة الشحن ما لم يكن المنتج معيبًا أو عن طريق خطأ صادر مننا (مثل إرسال منتج خاطئ).
– المنتجات المعيبة أو الخاطئة: إذا كان المنتج تالفًا أو خاطئًا، تواصل معنا خلال 3 أيام من التسليم مع صور المشكلة، و سنرسل لك مندوب الشحن للاستبدال .
3. استرداد الأموال
– المدة: نفحص المنتج المرتجع خلال 5-7 أيام عمل ونخطرك بالموافقة .
– طريقة الاسترداد: يتم إرجاع المبلغ عن طريق تحويل المبلغ لحسابكم او عن طريق المحفظه الاكترونيه.
.4. الاستبدال إذا كنت تريد مقاسًا أو لونًا مختلفًا، تواصل معنا خلال 7 يومًا للاستبدال (حسب التوفر).أنت تتحمل تكلفة الشحن الجديده ، وبالتالي نرسل المنتج الجديد .
